Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flow ("the Service") provided by AetherLabs Technologies Private Limited ("AetherLabs," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Flow is an AI-powered insurance management platform designed for insurance agents and brokers. The Service includes tools for policy management, quote comparison, commission tracking, document processing, and customer management. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts
• You must have appropriate IRDAI licensing where required for your activities
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of IRDAI regulations
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Share login credentials with unauthorized persons
• Use the Service to store or transmit defamatory or fraudulent content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Flow. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process any customer data, and that such processing complies with applicable data protection laws including DPDPA.

Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AETHERLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it. We may immediately terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms or applicable laws.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
